Manufacturing
Formlabs Form3+ / Form3B+
The Form3+ and Form3B+ employ low force stereolithography additive manufacturing to produce high quality polymer parts. The Form3B+ is the medical line that can print with biocompatible materials.
Operated by MIRAGE and the Fischell Institute:
-
- 3x Form3+ printers with quick release platforms
- 1x Form3B+ printer
- 3x Form Wash automated wash stations
- 3x Form Cure automated cure stations
3D Systems ProX 200
The ProX 200 is a production grade metal printer that leverages direct metal laser sintering (DMLS).
Operated by Terrapin Works.
-
- Material: Ni-Alloy IN625
Creality CR6-SE
The CR6-SE is a consumer level fused deposition modeling (FDM) polymer printer. We use it to prototype, print jigs and guides for the rest of the lab.
Operated by MIRAGE.
